It's that man again

mistletoeHoliday weekend in America and the Battle of the Somme started today in 1916.
More interesting to you though is that the new month brings the new calendar piccies. Squeeee!
I have terrible camera shake, so 7 pictures taken result in maybe one that is not blurry. *sigh*
We'll have to make do I suppose.
In other news I am still suffering from last night's main course in what proved to be a disappointing meal out at a restaurant that served food without plates. We became trenchermen with separate dishes to carry the various types of chicken, salads and sides on wooden boards. Joani's salad came in a cup. At least the creme brulee was nice, but I managed to spill a strawberry and chocolate sauce on my off white shirt. It is in the bathroom sink soaking.

Date: 2011-07-01 01:03 pm (UTC)It was reported on the news that Kate wanted to visit PEI because she loved Anne of Green Gables as a girl. I thought that was rather sweet. I don't imagine she'll have to fight her way through the Japanese tourists wearing red braids, like the rest of have to.
On to the good stuff: How perfect that the two peacocks turned up on the same month. My he does look rather dashing. He does clean up rather well.
