Nov. 6th, 2008 11:20 pmWell, wonders will never cease: we got The Skull in the Sculpture after all. See below for my thoughts.
Kevin the BBC cameraman was in my lesson again. I think he likes me. I could see him as my boy toy. He is cute: tall, skinny, 20something, charming, one of those beards that's an unshaven look. I shall miss him. Anyway, I'm in a week on Sunday to coach Denise on the art of being a teacher. I wonder if she can crack 4 years of University and 30 years of experience in a Sunday afternoon? Time will tell. And so will I when it happens.
We went to Valentino's for Joani's birthday tea and had a lovely time. I had pollo siciliana for a change. Very tasty it was too. She got some crack!presents including a Zebedee style snowman that made a boing noise when you bounced him. Extremely irritating. She loved it.
Debra came and it was great to see her again and hear the tales of horror at her new school. She still loves it. There's a girl up for a challenge.
Now on to Bones.
