OK 3 hours ago I was tee-heeing at the snow in other parts of Britain. Then it started here and is in full blizzard mode as we type. Well it had just better go away. I'm watching Middlesbro v Man Utd playing about 30 miles from here. Nothing, not a flurry or a flake. I wonder if that will last? Incidentally Boro have just equalised. I may update later. That's the first goal they've conceded in ages. Of course Vidic isn't playing; that makes a difference.

Commentator has just mentioned the clouds. This is serious snow here. If it gets there it'll make the second half interesting.
