Eeeee what a turn up eh? I am oscillating to such a degree that I have completely ignored the finale as a story and seen it as a bridge, maybe a crossroads. At any rate it is a beginning rather than an ending. How on earth will I survive until September? I'm sure the bones_ga  gang will help and I still have Booth in Season 4 to get further along the road.

How on earth will any of us survive until September? But at least it's happy thoughts instead of vodka soaked depressing thoughts.

You know, I was thinking aobut that last scene and it really was DB's facial expression (disbelief, shock, utter joy) that made that scene. It reminded me of his look in End in the Beginning when Brennan gives him the news. Then someone posted a gif on tumbler, comparing thoses two scenes and it is the exact same look. Truly amazing.

I knew someone would find that shot and compare. That was the thing that made up for lack of snuggly moment, because I thought that's the way he looked in EitB and they were all snuggly then because they were married and a long established couple.

I thought it was 'off' that Brennan went in to see Angela without Booth in tow. It felt strange though she said the present was from him too, but at least he had got his way with the stuffed animal.

I certainly hope so. This will be the first time in a while I will be intrigued to see how they start the new season. I am cautiously optimistic this time.
