That was quite a light hearted episode all in all; nothing earth shattering, but not unwatchable.

Here are a few words and some light hearted icons to fit the occasion.

I've found most of the cases meaningless this season, so I won't hold it against them that the set up was a little similar to The Man in the Outhouse or that the chupacabra has already been in The X Files, or that yet again the first people interviewed were the culprits. This was mostly played for laughs and therefore, any science or reality that appeared was probably accidental.

Myth was the name and myth was the game. Who was telling the truth? Booth with his yeti story? Brennan took that seriously enough to do the research to explain what he saw rationally. He was pleased by the effort even if he had been spinning a yarn to her.

Vincent Nigel-Murray was all about confessing his pecadilloes and his fantasies of sleeping with all the women at the Jeffersonian. Brennan's reaction to that was priceless.

I loved VNM's line here about how he kept the iguana on his head: "I'm good with ribbons"' He he.

The schoolboy humour continued with Hodgins' revenge; not like his father in law's then.

Anyway, here are the icons.

I was amused. I think Booth and Brennan at the Pet psychic's would have been funnier, but Sweets had to get his quota in and at least he told a suspect he was just there to advise the FBI not perform an actual arrest. That line gets blurry sometimes. However much he wrote of the piece it could hold its head up against last week's writing by numbers.

Sports round up tomorrow.

I love VNM. The actor plays his lines (eg. "I'm good with ribbons") with such deadpan delivery, that he has me trying not to drive off the road, as Booth would say. His "confessions" were killer good. The only thing missing was VNM referencing Thailand! again, for good measure.

Icons are excellent! Love your caps, especially 10 and 15.

I think the English actor is able to do this because of the long history of farce in the British theatre. Keep playing it straight no matter how ludicrous the situation or lines.

Thank you!

Forgot to mention Booth's new-look coat. I prefer him in less layers, actually, but I liked the look. God, I'm shallow

Then I am too. I was distracted by that coat all the first scene and then by how much taller than Brennan he was when they went back to Pine Lodge for the second visit. Was there dialogue?
