Two entries in a week! Over use of exclamation marks! Bones! But first the tedium of work while Bones d/loaded at home.
I had no dinner! 15 minutes late due to photocopier angst and there was nothing left but carrots, mash, sausage rolls and rude children. I didn't fancy any of it so: nothing for dinner! Gulp. Furthermore the water heater had finally given up the ghost and there was no coffee!!! Went outside for consolatory cigarette and a 20 minute sulk. Bloody freezing so I only lasted 10 minutes.
I was going to do something experimental with pork and Moroccan spices for tea but went home via fish and chip shop instead. Thank God for Britain's need for grease at tea time. Most children don't seem to understand the concept of homework by the way.
Now, on to the good stuff.

This was good, tight, fast paced, well acted television. Sensibly everyone was allowed to play to their strengths: scientists being scientific; Booth being all snarky threatening guy - so Angel with the hand round the throat and the great promise "I will end you." He would too. Cam being useless and so desperately misunderstanding the guy-ness of Booth. Can you see him going to New York to see a musical? How good were TJ and David? I thought Hodgins was perfect in the car, Booth was the most human of the rest and his playing of the telephone message moment when his expression changed was spot on. The lack of resolution of the case at the end was also right because this episode was about trust, faith and relationships, not whodunnit. I thought it was close to perfect.
