i don't believe it 11!1
Dec. 22nd, 2007 11:25 pm OK what's going on. Once is enough. Twice in two games 5 points lost, it's just not right. Apparently Reading "scored" an injury time winner with a goal that did not cross the line. Bah bah bah bah!!!
I have not been able to watch it tonight: I'm too miffed, but, IT HAS GOT TO STOP.
The Bennett man made a Horlicks of it in his next game, sending a Spurs player off when he failed to take out the player but got the ball instead. The man is incompetent.
e.t.a. Having seen the game I would consider the decision at best contentious. From the assistant's position it was an impossible goal to give as both the post and the goalkeeper were blocking his view..... but he still gave it. 3 points lost. It was certainly not as clearcut as the previous week's. Coincidentally, Aston Villa were not given a similar decision by their linesman. I still can't accept it's just bad luck. Grrr.
