Have just about recovered from last night and am now listening to the 606 phone in praising the management and chairman at Sunderland. Now that's proper football support.
Leeds are relegated. Well they will be next week unless Hull lose and Leeds win 9 - 0. Disgraceful scenes just before the end at Elland Road with a pitch invasion to try and get the game abandoned. Idiots. That actually doesn't surprise me. They have always had a core of badly behaved followers who cannot accept that at the moment the team is not good enough. The solution is not to run on the pitch and try to intimidate the opposition fans. I refuse to gloat until we are up. Which we will be. Tomorrow. If Derby lose. Ha!
Gretna! Now there's a story. 5 years ago they were in non league Northern Premier League. Today, they won promotion to the Scottish Premier Division to take on Celtic, Hearts and Rangers next season. Awesome!
Australia are currently tonking Sri Lanka in the World Cup Cricket Final. Might as well stop it now; it's gone on long enough. March 13th it started and it was obvious from the start Australia would win the whole thing. Pointless waste of time and money.
