In simple terms they have basically cut to the chase and relegated themselves. In the process they took a 10 point deduction this season, with one game to go when it didn't matter, so they can start next season with a clean sheet instead of being -10. They went into administration for about 5 minutes in order to achieve this, changed the name but not the personnel of the Board, and fiddled it.
They have £34 million of debt, don't own the ground or the training facilities they use, would have been liquidated by Customs and Excise in June if they hadn't found £5 million to cover a tax deficit. It's criminal.
