Well that went OK for 39 minutes and then came the dropsy syndrome that befuddles English goalies. Not a very good game, some half chances for Rooney. King had to come off at half time which is a worry because I don't fancy Carragher against better forwards than the Americans. We have Slovenia and Algeria left in the group stages which should present us with fewer problems. I wonder if Capello will stick with Green in the next game because we would have won if it hadn't been for him. Didn't make any saves of merit that I saw. Maybe James for Game 2. Now we'll have to see how the injuries go. My prediction would have stood up with better finishing.
