I see DB is voicing Green Lantern in a Justice League film. Becomes more interested in the character I was in some meme or other I did some time ago.
I didn't wake up until 11am this morning and feel the most rested I have done for ages. The exhaustion may have been caused by clothes shopping trip to Boundary Mill which entailed driving to Whitley Bay on a Saturday (v busy roads). I got a new cardi with little metal moons sewn on. I would have had a short sleeved shirt too but it must have fallen out of the basket on the way round the store. My mam came out with 9 items! We also got some duvet covers at half half price, one of which matches my bedroom wallpaper. This holiday has been really weird on the sleep front: waking at school time every day. Now that it's back to school I get into sleep mode, Typical!
Good things:
Sunderland 2 Derby County 1 - last minute winner from Liam Miller to make up for the last minute equaliser on Tuesday. Also we were awarded our first penalty in 15 months. That's 2 whole seasons. We are now 4th, 3 points off top. That will be the top three played in the last three games and if we beat West Brom it will be 7 points from 9 and unbeaten in 2007. Excellent.
Wigan 1 NUFC 0 after yet another dodgy penalty for the Mags which this time was saved thank heavens.
Wolves 1 Leeds Utd 0. They are down surely!
Dimitar Berbatov played the game of his life for Spurs who hammered Bolton in spite of Graeme Poll sending off Robbie Keane incorrectly for hand ball. Even the Bolton player knew it hit him on the chest.
Disappointing:
Inverness CT 1 Celtic 2 with 2 goals in the last 2 minutes for the Hoops.
Chelsea 2 Arsenal Prima Donnas 1. 3 sendings off and 2 yellows during 12 minutes of stoppage time caused by nasty injury to John Terry (fortunately not as bad as it first appeared) result in meltdown on 606 phone in as I type. What is wrong with football fans always blaming the ref for footballers' shortcomings? Is Alan Green a prat?
