Dec. 27th, 2008 10:39 pmSo, here we are at year's end and I have to say this has been a very good year. I enjoyed the Olympics, I visited America, I made new LJ friends, I dipped my toe in the fiction pool. It's been fun.
January
Crapulous may be a forgotten word to some, but is remembered by many on this particular day of the year.
February
Pitiful.
March
Premonitions are rarely things that arrive when you really need them, but my sporting premonitions can be uncanny.
April
This internet connection is being a bit of a bugger, so I better post this now in case it's not working tomorrow like it hasn't been for the last two days.
May
The space time continuum has prevailed and Leeds United's attempt to turn back the clock has crashed and burned like a meteor.
June
Flarenecking was obviously what I was up to yesterday so I will pull in the horns today and get on with the quiz.
July
Functional skills.
August
I offer you a lesson in refusal to go down without a fight in the sports arena that may smack of hyperbole to most, but gives me a kick.
September
There isn't a Shetland pony fetish group is there?
October
Culturally bereft is my current default setting apparently: a desert of troglodytes and philistines my lot.
November
Persiflage is not a word to associate with Roy Keane today.
December
Seasonal snowflakes pattered through the chilling air at 7.00 this morning but sadly frittered away in the untimely modern way to nothing.
