mistletoe.....to me anyway. It may be the close season but football never really goes away. Most exciting news of today is that the Ken Bates' scam re: Leeds Utd has been rejected by the Administrators and the club is up for sale.

Also Tevez looks like he may be going to Man Utd. Damn I was sure the little mercenary was off to Italy. We've bought another nonentity - Chris Baird from Southampton. It's not exactly earth-shattering Roy. Get someone big in.
This term refuses to end. Next week:
Parents' evening Monday. =3 hours
Detention rota Tuesday = 1 hour
Departmental CPD Wednesday = 2hours
Sports Day Thursday = 8.55 - 3.15 with 1/2 hour lunch break
College Launch Friday where I lose free time. All day + buffet which I SHALL NOT ATTEND = 6 hours unpaid overtime
A Week of Activities after that.
Bah!
Still raining by the way and mid 50s temperature. I have a garden that I can never go in.
Found another mouse in the trap when I got in from the quiz on Tuesday, which we lost by choosing the wrong double points round. Also, first night in smoke-free pub, Hmmmph.
Not a good week then and that was just the highlights. Hee hee. Thank God for Leeds Utd.'s possible demise.
