The space time continuum has prevailed and Leeds United's attempt to turn back the clock has crashed and burned like a meteor. At the beginning of the season they were docked 15 points for failing to come out of administration in the designated time period. In a bid to cheat foil Swansea winning the 1st division championship, Ken Bates sleazy doubledealer doyen of Leeds appealed to the FA to overturn their ruling. 5.00 today was zero hour and the FA declined. Good. Mind you, Leeds are still in the playoffs, but there is no guarantee of promotion. Quite right.
