Dec. 8th, 2007 07:58 pmHere, this is of interest, to me at any rate. See you wait all year for something and then two come along together. So not only is baby Jesus celebrating but I am too. I get totally obsessed about my birthday, probably because there's nothing else for me to celebrate for all the rest of the year. Also it is possible to miss out on celebrating altogether because of weather issues - another obsession of mine- which mean you're trapped in the house. Horror. So to keep me going I must keep checking back to this:

Meanwhile... it snowed!!! Pathetically it has all washed away in the current driving sleet, but still, it was quite dramatic to crest the hill at Witton Gilbert (exciting name for a village eh?) and see fields full of white while you were still in rain. Unpleasant slushy roads when I got to the top of my hill as well and all the cars had snow on them except mine. Heee!
In other news Chelsea 2 The Lads 0 Hmmph and a lad sent off. Looks bleak again. I don't know what they do to make it better either.
