Sorry, I always get over excited on my birthday. You'd think no one else ever had one, but I wait all year and then it all happens at once: Christmes; my birthday; New Year: I could be in a drunken stupor for a week if I were that way inclined.
I'd love to visit New York someday. I'm a big city girl and it seems like a great place to spend some time.
It is. I didn't think I was the big city type, but I loved it and the people were very friendly and helpful. Of course the good weather helped as I was looking forward to the Boston part of the trip but it was rainy and cold so we didn't get to see much.
