It's 2007

There's not much ring to that is there? I'm feeling sort of , actually I can't think of the word, world-weary maybe; you know: seen it all before. 2007 doesn't have a "Wow 2007 at last!" going on - no sporting things like Olympics or World Cups; Ashes lost and probably a whitewash; Sunderland fiddling about mid-table; nothing new on TV; just *sigh*.

Anyhoo I watched Ice Age 2 The Melt Down yesterday and was disappointed. It was OK but I didn't want to watch it again. Ditto The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe although the special effects were quite appealing. Might try King Kong tonight so it will be a threefer tedium fest. I want something different that I enjoy.

Read some old favourite fics yesterday to try and cheer myself up. I liked that better. I'm also hanging on to a Booth/Hodgins with other pairings fic.. Read this here Slant: lostakasha

It's a pleasure to rec you. I enjoy your characterisation and language so much I think everyone should. And about 2007, I read what you said about 2006 and you're right: things can only get better, like today my bathroom man rang and said he could fit me in next week. Small things but welcome - like a comment from you. Happy 2007 with lots of love to you - and Booth of course ... and TJ yum!
